Casawinati Campground has been
family owned and operated for 35
years. The land shapes a small part of
the Mississippi River just below the
Playfairville Rapids. The River is the
best for swimming, fishing , canoeing
and kayaking. The wild life is at its
peek in the summer months. We have 25 full
service sites, 46 water/electricity, and group
areas for tents with no service. Our sites are
spacious, and beautifully treed to shade you
on those hot days.

Our facilities include: a great playground with play
structure, swings, teter-toter and lots of sand for
digging, a large shelter area for community events
or to get out of the sun or rain (did I say rain?),
full service washrooms (that are always clean
with fresh in-season flowers), large beach area
with some shade for Mom & Dad to sit back and
relax. We are also neighbours to the most
beautiful Golf course in the Lanark Highlands, The
Blue Heron Golf Club. So plan to get some golfing in during your visit.
